Last year, Living North held the first edition of The LIVING NORTH AWARDS. 

We are really glad to announce we will be taking part to this fantastic event once again.

It is such a great event to be part of, we will mainly be behind the scenes, making sure everything goes smoothly and the result reaches and exceeds the incredible success of last year.

The aim of such an event was the one of acknowledging the talent and outstanding achievements made by people from across the region.

This year Living North is keeping the tradition going and have planned another – improved and even more entertaining – evening of celebrations, again in one of the he most unique setting of Newcastle, St Nicholas Cathedral in the heart of town.

WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT FROM AN EVENING AT THE Living North Awards?

As you enjoy a unique reception you’ll be welcomed by some of the region’s best singer-songwriters, and there will be plenty of musical and other surprises throughout the evening to keep you entertained. Once the winners have been announced you can celebrate with them on the dance floor. St Nicholas Cathedral makes for a dramatic backdrop and a truly wonderful atmosphere.

Throughout the evening you can explore the cathedral as you sample food and drink from across the North East in several unusual pop-up locations – join us for gin in the jazz bar, try a cocktail in the crypt or chill out with a coffee in the chapel lounge (where we’ll have the best baristas on hand).

From canapés, to seafood and fizz to the freshest food the region has to offer, right through to cheese and chocolate, you’ll be able to mingle and explore as you enjoy the most unique celebration in the region’s calendar.
